Didn’t we do well……

Following a year of some crazy and not so crazy fund raising events – sky diving, afternoon tea, dress down days, Warrior Adrenaline racing, table football tournaments and a sponsored bike ride to name a few,  we are delighted to report that we have raised a total of  £15,196.35 for the Alzheimer’s Society. our chosen charity for 2014/2015.

A big thank you goes to everyone who donated their hard earned cash over the past year and to all those who took part, especially individuals who were brave enough to tackle the more hair raising challenges – sky divers you know who you are!  Your efforts are very much appreciated.

“It has been an excellent year when staff really pulled together in order to raise as much money as possible for our designated charity and for this we are very grateful,” said Steve Box, joint managing director, Box & Charnock.

“Although we have been raising funds for various causes for some time, we decided to put our efforts on a more formal basis this year by setting up a charitable Foundation. As a result we now have an in house fundraising team, led by Donna Vandervelden and will soon launch a specific area on our website where we can keep people informed of upcoming and past events and other related Foundation news,” said Steve.
