The development of the 160 acre Greenwich Peninsula is one of the largest regeneration schemes in Europe. Once complete, Greenwich Peninsula will include in total: 62,500 sq m of commercial, retail and office space; over 10,000 properties across 51 developments, providing homes for 23,000 residents, plus 48 acres of green open space.
Our scheme consist of 344 units across 2 phases running concurrently. To ensure consistency of output across the scheme we have set up separate production units under the control of a single project management team.
By working with the client at the pre-construction stage we have been able to establish a quality benchmark for the apartments. We will provide all trade contractors with a pre-determined quality standard to work to, which will maximise operating efficiencies and minimise the margin of error.
