Hadley Mace

Project Description

Greenwich Square forms part of a £225m regeneration programme supported by the Mayor of London and local agencies which will turn the former Greenwich District Hospital site into one of the most desirable postcodes in the capital.

This flagship site, which is London’s first major carbon neutral development, will deliver 645 modern homes, 50% of which will be affordable. There will be communal facilities for new and existing residents all set around a large open public square.

We organise our project management team to reflect the client’s structure because it helps communication flow and supports the development of the relationships which are so important to successful project delivery. We adopted this approach with both our management structure and quality control systems to great effect at Greenwich Square.
