Box & Charnock is pleased to announce a contract to supply an energy centre and comprehensive mechanical services to ‘The Park Collection’, phase 2 of Berkeley Homes’ Woodberry Down development, located in Finsbury Park, north London.
Woodberry Down is an innovative regeneration project which will feature over 5,500 new homes set in 64 acres adjacent to the spectacular natural surroundings of two existing reservoirs and Finsbury Park. The Park Collection is an exciting new phase of this development located in 4 acres of tranquil parkland and commanding breath taking views across the East and West reservoirs and the iconic London backdrop beyond.
Box & Charnock’s scope of work for 185 luxury apartments over 3 blocks includes plumbing, underfloor heating, ventilation and water sprinklers, plus an energy centre that will also serve a further 515 plots in two additional blocks.
“We are delighted to have secured a further phase with Berkeley Homes having recently completed a mechanical and public health installation at phase 1 Woodberry Down where our resident project management team demonstrated a great capacity to cope with the varying technical dynamics of the low and high rise scheme, ” said Steve Box, joint managing director, Box & Charnock.
“We look forward to the successful delivery of another phase in this prestigious Berkeley Homes development,” said Steve.
